Are you passionate about creating a thriving workplace and making a real impact on people and culture? We're looking for a P&C Business Partner to support our Danish team of around 200 colleagues. In this role, you’ll shape the way we work by aligning our people strategies with our business goals, combining a strategic mindset with hands-on support.

What You'll Do

As a trusted advisor to both leaders and employees, you’ll:

• You will work in close collaborate with our P&C Business Partner in Denmark to oversee key HR operations, including salary reviews, performance discussions, manager coaching, and development planning.
• Handle ad hoc HR tasks, ensure compliance with Danish labour laws, and provide data input
• Champion day-to-day P&C activities by consulting and providing daily P&C guidance to the line management and employees.
• Be a pivotal part of our Nordic P&C team, which consists of 9 members, and report directly to the Nordic VP of People & Culture
• Thrive and work in a high-paced, dynamic international environment with great colleagues and culture

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent HR Expertise: A strong background in people and culture, ideally in an international and dynamic organisation.
• Experience in employee relations, talent management, and People & Culture Operations
• Strategic & Practical Balance: The ability to think big while managing day-to-day HR activities.
• Local Know-How: A solid understanding of Danish labour laws and HR tools.
• Understanding of all HR processes and cycles.
• Analyse trends and metrics with the P&C department including P&C reporting.
• People Skills: Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities across all levels.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A consultative approach to identify challenges and deliver impactful solutions.
• Ambition: A passion for learning and growing in your HR career.
• Language: You are a good communicator in both Danish and English. We are a company with many nationalities and offices worldwide.
