Then we have the perfect position for you at our office in Copenhagen! At one.com, we are looking for a skilled and service-minded person to join our Dutch Customer Service team. If you are fluent in Dutch, can deliver great service, and are eager to learn more about websites and domains, we definitely need you on the team!
As a Customer Service Representative at one.com, your primary responsibility will be to help and guide customers via chat, email, and phone with a variety of administrative and technical issues. You’ll also ensure that each customer you interact with has the right package, the right products, and isn’t missing out on anything we offer. In this position, there are also great opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in e.g. translation, product specialisation, testing, training or other areas that you find interesting and would like to develop.
We would love to hear from you if you
- Speak and write Dutch at a native level, and you possess strong English skills. Most of our internal communication happens in English, as we are a company with many nationalities and offices worldwide.
- Are a good communicator with a service-minded, thorough, and customer-oriented approach.
- Are patient, flexible, able to handle stress, and adapt well to change.
- Want to provide great service for our customers, with the ability to adapt your communication to the individual customer in your interactions.
- Want to expand and/or utilize your knowledge of websites, web hosting, and customer service.
- Want to work in a fun and multicultural environment with good colleagues, working from home options, and a variated unch scheme.
About you
Preferably, you have experience in providing exceptional customer service and you want to learn more about web hosting, websites and domains. However, we are looking for talent and we will provide thorough training in the first period of your employment. Most important is that you will always bring your best skills in teamwork and communication with you to work.
You will be successful in this position if you are positive, open and ready to help where it’s needed. If you are committed to both your work and the well-being of your colleagues, you are just the candidate we are looking for, and we hope to hear from you as soon as possible.
What we offer
- Working hours are scheduled between 08.00 and 18.00 with 37.5 hours per week, excluding lunch. Work on weekends will occur.
- We offer a hybrid work model, but during the first three months of employment, you will work 100% onsite to ensure thorough training and onboarding.

- 5 special holidays in addition to your 5 weeks of vacation.
- A free website with a domain and hosting, where you can choose your own domain name.

Salary
The starting salary will be DKK 23,000 gross per month, with the opportunity to start as soon as possible!
