Creative Motion Designer

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia Art, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or any related field
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in motion designs and its principles
  • Proficiency with motion designs tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma, and etc. to create a dynamic visual content, animations and other motion graphics
  • Keen attention to design, layout, and visual structure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Competencies Required:

  • Strong 2D and 3D animation skills
  • Strong storyboarding and visual planning skills
  • Ability to translate abstract ideas into visual narratives
  • Willingness to learn and experiment with tools and methods
  • Understanding of file optimization and structure for animation
  • Technical understanding of output formats for various platforms
  • File management and optimization for speed and quality
  • Responsiveness to feedback and revision cycles
  • Ability to iterate creatively and efficiently
