Your tasks
- Handle inbound or outbound customer interactions via chat and email
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency
- Identify customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed
- Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Stay informed on our products, services and company policies
- Recommend and upsell relevant products and services when appropriate
Your qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with internet-related tools
- A team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude
- You’re efficient and can quickly adapt to new situations
- A natural problem-solver with empathy and professionalism
Nice to have
- Experience in customer service
- Proficiency in an additional language (especially Dutch)
