Your Tasks
- Technical Problem-Solving:
- Troubleshoot technical issues with cookie banners, privacy policies, and consent management implementations
- Debug JavaScript implementations and API integrations
- Analyze website configurations to identify consent management issues
- Test and reproduce customer-reported bugs
- Document technical issues with clear reproduction steps for engineering
2. Process Improvement: - Develop & improve internal tooling and support processes
- Identify patterns in support requests to improve product and documentation
- Help onboard and mentor new support team members as needed
3. Cross-Team Collaboration: - Collaborate with engineering on solutions for recurring issues
- Participate in product meetings to represent customer voice
- Work with legal team to understand compliance requirements and communicate them to customers
4. Customer Support: - Respond to escalated customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing system
- Support tier 1/ tier-2 team in guiding customers through integration processes and best practices
- Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles
- Handle system support requests from large customers and agencies
Targeted Qualifications
• Educational background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a relevant field
• Professional English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficient in HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Chrome DevTools, API/Integration knowledge, Jira / GitHub, SaaS Architecture & Deployment Models
• Google Tag Manager and Back-end scripting experience
• A team-oriented mindset and a pro-active attitude
• You’re efficient and can quickly adapt to new situations
• A natural problem-solver with empathy and professionalism
