Are you passionate about marketing automation and ready to take ownership of campaigns that reach thousands of customers across multiple markets? At one.com, we’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our international Commercial team and help grow our global brand.
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer communications, driving initiatives from concept to launch. You’ll design automated onboarding journeys in HubSpot, refine retention and reactivation campaigns, and use data insights to unlock new opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure every message is engaging, on-brand, and delivered at just the right moment.
What you’ll do
- Build and optimise data-driven campaigns in HubSpot Marketing Hub, covering the full lifecycle: onboarding, retention, reactivation, and win-back.
- Own the campaigns end-to-end, from ideation and targeting to writing clear and engaging copy, to execution and impact analysis.
- Continuously improve customer journeys that drive engagement and loyalty across multiple markets.
- Experiment with workflows, templates, and messaging to maximise customer impact.
- Develop and refine segmentation, triggers, and targeting logic to deliver timely, relevant communications.
- Analyse campaign performance and revenue impact to refine strategy and uncover cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Content, Design, Translations, Data, Legal, etc.) to ensure campaigns are accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
- Share best practices with peers across the group and contribute to multi-channel automation strategy, tool development, and process improvement.
- Represent Marketing Automation in cross-functional forums, surfacing risks and opportunities and aligning decisions independently.
How we’ll measure impact
Your success will be defined by both campaign execution and business results.
Tactical performance: deliverability and bounce rates, open and click-to-open rates, conversion rates, revenue per email, and the effectiveness of automated flows.
Business impact: customer activation and conversion (free-to-paid), cross-sell and upsell growth, retention and reactivation rates, and lifecycle contribution to overall revenue, customer loyalty, and lifetime value.
What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and can operate with high autonomy, while also coaching junior colleagues. You have a strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach, enjoying building, testing, and optimising campaigns. You work in a data-driven way, translating insights into actionable improvements, and excel at prioritising and orchestrating multiple campaigns and deadlines. Strong written communication and a proactive, collaborative attitude are key to your success in this role.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing automation or email marketing, ideally in a subscription-based or hosting/tech business
- Strong proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaigns, workflows, nurturing streams, and reporting
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Nice-to-have: experience with HubSpot Sales Hub or HTML/CSS for email template customisation
