Your tasks:
- Answer questions about our services via live chat and email
- Help customers in a respectful and empathic manner
- Guide users to solve common issues
- Work with teammates to find the best solutions
- Learn about our products so you can assist better
- Suggest other useful services if it fits the customer’s needs
Your qualifications:
- Strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Basic computer knowledge (browsing, typing, using email, etc.)
- Friendly, patient, and willing to help
- High school graduate or higher
- Fast learner and team player
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience in customer service
