Are you passionate about customer success and eager to empower customers to reach their full potential? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic sales team at one.com.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team on a 1-year maternity cover contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position at the end of the contract based on performance and business needs.
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in proactively engaging with our customers to enhance their website performance by offering upgraded hosting packages and/or other website package solutions.
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate who can identify customers experiencing website performance issues and provide expert guidance on settings, caching, and alternative packages or add-ons. This individual should have the ability to qualify potential customers for upgrade, upsell, or cross-sell opportunities and proactively reach out to inform customers about improving website performance through upgraded hosting packages.
A strong understanding of our role within the larger group.one organisation is essential, along with the ability to offer insights into our range of products and services. The ideal candidate will take ownership of customer cases, ensuring timely follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction. They should also stay up-to-date on one.com products, procedures, and policies, and effectively use CRM tools like Hubspot to maintain a well-organised and detailed pipeline for reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Sales or customer success experience with strong customer service skills, including empathy, active listening, and a solution-focused approach
A passion for engaging with customers and the ability to turn unhappy customers into happy ones
Strong technical understanding and knowledge of WordPress / other CMS systems at both user and administration levels
Willingness to learn, improve, and share best practices while working as a team player
