I’m Karen, the Team Lead for the Danish customer service team at one.com. My job is to ensure my team delivers top-notch customer support and solves tricky issues while helping each team member thrive. I joined one.com to grow personally and professionally. Their focus on talent development helped me advance from a Customer Support Representative to a Team Lead. It has been an amazing journey filled with learning and development.
