Rim Chaaban - Customer Service Representative
My name is Rim and I’m 32 years old. I’ve been working for one.com for 4 years now and it has been a wonderful journey. I’m part of the support department at group.one, where my primary assignments are to help customers through phone calls and emails with issues ranging from technical problems with their websites to questions regarding invoices and e-mail setup.
When I first began, I didn’t have any technical skills in IT and website development. Thanks to the course we had at the beginning, I learned a lot about IT and felt ready to take on any task given to me. If I had any doubts, I could always go to my colleagues for help, which felt very reassuring as a new team member.
What motivated me to join one.com was the diverse and vibrant environment. I feel very inspired every morning to contribute to a workplace where there is an inclusive climate, where we work across continents, countries, cultures, and perspectives. My career journey has so far been very positive, and I’m really pleased and proud to be a part of group.one.
What I enjoy most about my day-to-day work at one.com is starting the day with a cup of coffee with my colleagues and talking with them about everything from work to our private lives. In one.com we have a strong social life, which I appreciate very much.
If I had to describe one.com in three words, it would be embracing, ambitious, and equitable.
