You will play a key role in supporting the migration of over 2 million users and enabling them to manage and grow their online presence.
In this role, you will design, prototype, and validate user interfaces across a large-scale SaaS ecosystem including domains, email, hosting, VPS, and cloud services. You will translate product requirements and user insights into clear flows and high-quality interfaces, leveraging our design system in Figma.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers across distributed teams in Gurugram, Amsterdam, Copenhagen, and Vienna, contributing to a global design community and driving high standards of product experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end design of user experiences within our multi-brand customer control platform, from discovery and concept to final UI delivery and developer handover.
• Design intuitive and scalable interfaces that balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
• Translate product strategy and user insights into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Apply and enhance our design system to ensure consistent, high-quality UI across the platform and associated products.
• Work closely with product managers and engineering teams across distributed locations to ensure alignment and seamless implementation.
• Test, validate, and refine designs using usability testing, experiments, and data-driven insights.
• Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Contribute to improving design processes, standards, and overall quality within the wider design community.
Required skills
• Strong experience designing complex digital products using a design system in multi-product or multi-brand environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, libraries, auto-layout, variables, and prototyping.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and multi-step user journeys while maintaining clarity and usability.
• Solid understanding of global usability principles, accessibility standards, and diverse user expectations.
• Experience designing for conversion, activation, engagement, and user growth through effective interaction and information design.
• Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and leveraging data and research to drive design improvements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, DesignOps, and system stakeholders, with a practical understanding of front-end constraints.
• Comfortable working in distributed, cross-cultural teams across multiple geographies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain design choices, manage feedback constructively, and work independently in evolving environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance research, ideation, prototyping, or workflow efficiency will be an added advantage.
Education and experience requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech. or B.E.) in Computer Science or Information Technology. Professional UX/UI certifications such as Designlab, CareerFoundry, or the Google UX Design Certificate will be considered an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, preferably working on complex digital products such as SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, hosting solutions, or large-scale web applications.
• A strong Figma portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design experience, structured problem-solving, and high-quality UX/UI work on live or shipped products is mandatory.
