Job summary:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our Nordic markets (Finland and Norway) by enabling data-driven decision-making, performance optimization, and business visibility.
The role will primarily focus on the Nordic region while maintaining flexibility to support global initiatives based on business needs.
Candidate successfully selected for this role will be involved in strengthening data-driven culture in Nordic markets, enabling faster experimentation and optimization, improving business performance visibility, and providing optimal analytics capability within the global data structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & Performance Analytics
Provide actionable insights to improve business performance and profitability
Analyze key business metrics including revenue and margin development, customer acquisition and lifecycle, campaign performance and ROI
Experimentation & Optimization
Support A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Analyze results and recommend improvements
Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns and funnels
Reporting & Dashboarding
Build and maintain dashboards and reports
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity
Automate recurring reporting processes
Cross-functional Collaboration
Translate business questions into analytical outputs
Contribute to broader data projects within the organization
Partner with Marketing teams, Product teams, Finance teams
Communication
Ability to explain data insights in simple business language
Strong stakeholder management skills
Skills & Qualifications:
Skills:
SQL, Excel / Google Sheets
BI tools (e.g., Omni, Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Python or R (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to interpret complex data and generate insights
Understanding of performance metrics, customer lifecycle, business analytics, etc.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing).
Qualification:
Engineering degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Data analytics, or equivalent.
5 – 8 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.
Reputed certification in Data analytics or similar will be an added advantage.
Experience in SaaS / tech / digital business is preferred.
marketing analytics or growth analytics.
Exposure to European organizations is nice to have.
